Recruitment Agencies FAQ
CredoHire has limited seats available for recruitment agencies and partners with only the best agencies having domain expertise. Becoming a part of CredoHire means you get an opportunity to earn incremental business. Since CredoHire offers pre-verified CVs screened by industry experts, your conversion rates are improved 10x. This will enable you to create a differentiation in a highly competitive market consisting of 5000+ recruitment agencies.
We offer complete tracking mechanism. Every JD shared by corporate will have a unique JD ID and every CV shared by our partner recruitment agencies will have an unique Doc ID. Using these unique ids, CredoHire keeps track of each and every CV. Whenever a Doc ID is hired, our system will track down the ID back to the recruitment agency who sourced us the CV. System generates an automated trigger and you are notified immediately.
Generally, recruitment agencies screen a candidate using keyword mapping and other high level parameters like work experience, availability and interest of the candidates. Although these parameters are extremely needed, CredoHire works on top of the CVs sourced by the recruitment agencies based on these high level filters.
CredoHire screens the candidates via SME Screening:-
It is conducted by a subject matter expert or industry experts who work with CredoHire as a freelancer and get compensated for their time invested in a 45-60 mins interview round. This is an invite only network. Alumni of tier 1 institutes like IITs and IIMs are invited to be a part of this network and they have a work experience of minimum of 3 years to 20 years. This screening round is also performed on a scientific framework.
Our registered partners will get access to our recruitment agency panel on the web portal. Every time a JD is uploaded by our clients, it will be immediately shared with you.
You can also create a new requirement for CV verification by creating a job and uploading the CV under ‘Create Job’ module on our web portal. Once you sign up you will get a detailed SOP(Standard operating procedure) document from CredoHire team.
You will be able to upload the CVs from your panel itself for every job id.
Currently, our clients will receive verified CVs in their registered E-mail Ids. In the near future, we are gearing up to implement more user-friendly tools that will enable our clients to seamlessly download verified CVs along with detailed report from the portal itself.
CredoHire will take 3-14 working days to furnish our clients with the detailed reports and verified CVs. Time taken for the purpose is largely dependent on the seniority and role of the job requirement. Exact SLAs will be shared in the service agreement.
Recruitment agencies source CVs on the basis of various high level filters like keyword mapping, availability and interest level of the candidate. They match a job description (JD) with the Curriculum vitae (CV) of candidates.CredoHire does not source candidates’ CVs, it is still being done by CredoHire’s partner recruitment agencies.
CredoHire offers technology and analytics based solutions to offer 10 pre-verified CVs for every JD to you along with a detailed analytics report.
You will upload the job description (JD) on the corporate access panel on CredoHire website along with few more details. CredoHire will broadcast the JD to multiple partner recruitment agencies. This ensures that your requirement is being worked upon by multiple agencies at any point of time.
CredoHire algorithms would create a pool of top 10 CVs and top 5 interviewers. Two step verification process consisting of CHI screening and SME screening is done for the verification process.
CredoHire’s network of industry experts is an invite-only network. Our experts come with a minimum experience of 3 years and may go up to 20 years. They are alumni of top tier universities: IITs, IIMs, ISB, BITS and NITs and are working with renowned companies and top brands. These experts work with CredoHire as a freelancer and are compensated on an hourly basis for investing their time in taking interviews.
Our analytics engine perform the following tasks:
- Identifies the 10 best candidates from the numerous CVs uploaded by multiple recruitment agencies
- Maps these 10 candidates with 5 suitable interviewers to create a pool.
- Once a candidate is screened using the two step verification process. CredoHire algorithm receives 40+ data points which are analyzed on the following 3 pillars.
- CV veracity – Truthfulness of candidate’s CV is evaluated using scientific framework and sampling methodologies
- Technical skills – Candidate’s depth of knowledge on his top 5 skills is evaluated
iii. Soft skills – Candidate’s coverage on various soft skills is evaluated
- Finally, a Credo score and detailed report of the candidate is generated
We understand that as a person grows in his/her career and takes responsibility for more senior roles, soft skills become more and more important. At the same time, few roles like product management require a higher degree of soft skills. Our frameworks and algorithms ensure that due weightage is assigned to a candidate’s soft skills depending on the seniority level and role. Our experts and our technological framework assess the candidate’s skill set on various parameters like interpersonal skills, stakeholder management, communication and emotional intelligence.

CredoHire’s network of industry experts is an invite-only network. Currently, it’s open only for the alumni of tier one technology and management institutes like the IITs, IIMs, NIITs and BITS. To be a part of this network, the minimum industry experience required is 3 years. In case you meet the mentioned eligibility criteria, you are requested to write an email to [email protected] and also sign up on our website.
CredoHire will request you to invest a maximum of 1.5 hours to 2 hours in a week. This will correspond to an approx of 2 interviews in a week. Our team will confirm your availability at least three days prior to setting up any interview.
All the interview guidelines will be shared with you prior to the start of an interview. You can also refer to those guidelines in your dashboard.
As of now, our team will communicate with you via E-mail/Phone, to set up the interview at least 3 days in advance. Soon, we will have all this entire process automated where you can share your availability and interviews will be set-up automatically after a candidate is mapped up and a date is fixed for interview based on your availability.
CredoHire’s SMEs are compensated on an hourly basis and the compensation varies on the basis of the seniority, role and some other factors. Exact compensation details will be shared with you over email at the time of setting up of the interview and you can track your compensation from your dashboard.
Our Algorithm checks and estimates which SME is best suited for a Job Posted based on various points. We try and ensure that we assign the best match with your Profile to the Job Posted.
In order to get your profile Credo-verified, our system will require certain information like your top five skills.Creating a CredoHire profile is a seamless process and can be done in less than a minute.
CredoHire screening process is a two-step verification process:-
i.) CHI screening- It is performed by the CredoHire’s internal team and you don’t have to invest any time for this round as it is performed internally. However in certain cases, you might be contacted by our team to share your credentials.
ii.) SME screening- This round is performed by CredoHire’s subject matter experts, these are the senior and experienced personalities. It is an approx 45 minutes of screening round.
You will only be interviewed when CredoHire receives a CV from a partner recruitment agency. The partner recruitment agencies will only share your CV when you have explicitly expressed your interest in pursuing the opportunity. Our system creates unique Doc ID, Candidate ID and Job ID for every hiring requirement.
Once your SME screening round is completed, you will proceed for the next round of interviews as set up by the hiring manager of the company.
You will only be interviewed when CredoHire receives a CV from a partner recruitment agency. The partner recruitment agencies will only share your CV when you have explicitly expressed your interest in pursuing the opportunity. Our system creates unique Doc ID, Candidate ID
